3D movement replay troubleshooting

Experiencing issues with 3D movement replay? These tips may help.

Reload page or switch browser

In order to use every functionality of the NeckCare System it is required to use either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Other common browsers, like Safari for example, will not allow you to access every part of the NeckCare Platform. If you are already using Chrome or Edge, try refreshing the page. 


Browser updates

As mentioned above, Chrome and Edge are the two recommended browsers when using the NeckCare system, but it’s also important to make sure you have updated your browser to the newest version, here are links to update Chrome and Edge. 


Browser settings

Your browser settings may occasionally interfere with the 3D movement replay feature, in some cases, this could be because of the graphics acceleration settings.

To fix this follow the steps below, the layouts for both Edge and Chrome are very similar so you should be able to replicate these steps on both browsers. 

1. Go to the Settings home page and select System from the task bar to the left. 

722. On the System Settings page there will be an item titled “Use graphics acceleration when available,” make sure this feature is toggled to the right.
