How to complete a basic calibration of your NeckCare sensor

Basic calibration happens every time a sensor is connected. 

Note: When connecting the sensor make sure it is stationary and on a flat surface.

After connecting your sensor, click “CALIBRATE.”

As the system begins calibrating a progress indicator will show what percentage of the process has been completed.

You can close the window and let the calibration run in the background, it will be loading in the upper right corner of your screen.

When the calibration is complete the sensor icon will read, “Sensor Connected.”

Note: If you encounter an error, turn the sensor on and off and try again.
