# How to Download the NeckCare Web App

NeckCare is a web-based application accessible through Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. You can install it as a web app on your computer for easier access and a cleaner interface.

#### **How to Install**

1. Log in to NeckCare at app.neckcare.com using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
2. Click the install icon in the upper right corner of your browser's address bar
3. Follow the prompt to install the app

The NeckCare icon will appear on your desktop or taskbar for direct access.

#### **Benefits**

- **Privacy:** The standalone app window keeps your NeckCare session separate from other browser tabs, preventing patients from seeing unrelated content during assessments.
- **More Screen Space:** Removes browser toolbars, tabs, and address bars, providing maximum display area for assessments and results.
- **One-Click Access:** Launch NeckCare directly from your desktop or taskbar without opening a browser first.
- **Dedicated Workstation:** Ideal for clinics with a designated NeckCare assessment station.

#### **Requirements**

The NeckCare web app installation is only available through:

- Google Chrome (version 70 or higher)
- Microsoft Edge (version 79 or higher)

Other browsers do not support web app installation for NeckCare.
