      How to Power Off the NeckCare™ Sensor

      Turning off the NeckCare™ sensor after use helps conserve battery and ensures safe handling between sessions.

      When Should You Turn Off the Sensor?

      • After completing an assessment

      • Before cleaning or storing the device

      • When troubleshooting connectivity

      • When transporting the sensor

      How to Power Off the Sensor

      • Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the top of the sensor for 3 seconds

      • The LED light will turn off, confirming the device has shut down

      💡 If the battery level is below 2%, the sensor will power off automatically.

      Confirm It's Off

      • A powered-off sensor will show no blinking lights

      • It will not appear in Bluetooth device lists

        The platform will not detect an active sensor
