Starting an assessment? Here's how to power on your NeckCare™ sensor so it's ready to connect and collect data.
How to Power On the Sensor
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button (located on top of the sensor) for 2 seconds

The LED will turn green, then begin to flash yellow once per second
→ This means the sensor is on and ready to connect via Bluetooth
💡 The sensor must be plugged into a charging cable the first time you use it out of the box (shipped in Transport Mode).
Battery Life & Power Tips

The NeckCare™ sensor lasts up to 6 hours on a full charge

To extend battery life

Turn off the sensor when not in use

Avoid leaving it on overnight or between sessions

Charge only with the provided or certified USB cable

Don’t Forget to Power Off
Once you're done

Power off the sensor by holding the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds until the LED turns off

This helps preserve battery and ensures the device is ready for the next use
🆘 Troubleshooting Tips

If the sensor doesn’t power on:

Make sure it’s charged

Try a reset: Hold the button for 11 seconds, then power on again (2-second press)

If the LED flashes red during charging, the sensor may be overheating—unplug and contact support
