If your NeckCare™ sensor becomes unresponsive or won’t connect, a manual reset can often resolve the issue. This process restarts the device without deleting any data or settings.
When Should You Reset the Sensor?

The sensor won’t turn on

The sensor is not detected by the platform or app

The LED doesn’t light up or behaves abnormally

The sensor appears to be stuck or frozen
How to Perform a Reset

Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the sensor for 11 seconds
– You may not see any LED feedback during this time -
Release the button after 11 seconds

To turn the sensor back on, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds
– The LED should light up green, then start flashing yellow (ready to connect)
What to Do Next
- Ensure the sensor is fully charged

Try connecting the sensor again to the NeckCare™ Platform

Perform basic calibration as prompted
