General Warnings
Warning: This product contains small parts that may cause a choking hazard if swallowed by children. KEEP AWAY from children.
Warning: The device contains a rechargeable Button or Coin Cell Battery. Button Batteries can pose a severe health risk if swallowed or ingested. KEEP AWAY from children.
Warning: Keep the device at least 6 inches away from the chest of users with pacemakers.
Warning: This product contains a lithium-ion battery. To prevent the risk of overheating, fire, or explosion, DO NOT throw the device into fire, apply heat, puncture, crush, or use/leave in a high-temperature environment.
Warning: DO NOT repair or modify this device without authorization of the manufacturer.
Warning: If the device is damaged or suspected to be damaged, contact NeckCare before use.
Charging Safety
Only use the provided charging cable or equivalent certified cable. Only use IEC 62368-1 or IEC 60601-1 certified charging adapters. If the device overheats, stop using/charging and contact NeckCare.
Operating Conditions
DO NOT operate the device in conditions where the specified operating temperature (5°C - 35°C / 41°F - 95°F) is exceeded.
Cleaning Safety
Warning: The device must be cleaned after every use. Improper cleaning may cause skin irritation or infection.
Warning: Do not clean via autoclave or similar devices using high heat.
Incident Reporting
Serious incidents shall be reported to NeckCare at neckcare@neckcare.com and to the competent authority of the user's/subject's member state.
