NeckCare Home - Quickstart Guide
This provides a brief overview of the NeckCare Home™ system, including how it supports prescribed neck movement exercises and tracks head motion. It outlines the intended use, indications, contraindications, and intended use environment. It also includes key manufacturer and product identification information.
Important Safety Information
To ensure safety, read and follow this instruction manual. Keep for future reference.
WARNING
1. Use NeckCare Home only as prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, nausea, or worsening symptoms, and contact your healthcare provider.
3. Do not use the system if you have a condition that requires restriction of neck movement.
4. Ensure good lighting condition and a stable device position before starting an exercise session.
PRECAUTIONS
1. NeckCare Home is not intended to diagnose conditions or replace clinical evaluation.
2. Use only supported devices, operating systems, browsers, and camera configurations as specified in this IFU.
3. Ensure a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions during sessions.
NOTES
1. In the case of system interruption during exercises (incoming calls, battery depletion, etc.), data collected in previous exercises will be stored, and data collected in current exercise, when the interruption occurs, will be lost.
2. In the case of excessive movement interruption during measurements (e.g., sneezing or coughing), you can restart the exercise (see section 4.1.2).
Intended Use
The NeckCare Home™ is intended to provide prescribed neck movement exercises and to measure, record, analyze, and report head motion during instructed head–neck movements.
The NeckCare Home is intended for use by patients under the prescription and supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
The intended users are patients receiving rehabilitation services by a trained healthcare clinician.
Navigation
Access the exercises.neckcare.com page in a web browser and log in with your credentials.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard displays your prescribed exercises, session history, and completion status. The exercises are configured and assigned to you by your clinician.
Exercise Session

Select the appropriate Level.

Follow on-screen instructions for camera connection and positioning.

With the head in neutral position press to initiate the exercise. Follow on-screen instructions for each exercise.
a. Press and to start the exercise from the beginning.
b. Press to exit the exercise. All previously completed exercises in the session are stored. -
The sessions provide real-time visual feedback and may include guided mobility exercises and guided movement patterns using visual targets and trajectories.

After all exercises in the session have been completed press

Upon completion, the session is saved and made available for review by your clinician.

Operating System Requirements
Latest versions of Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android is recommended. The minimum following versions are supported:
- Windows 10 version 1706 or later
- macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later
- iOS 14 or later
- Android 10 or later
Browser Requirements
Latest versions of Chrome, Safari, or Edge is recommended. The minimum following versions are supported:
- Google Chrome ≥ v70 (Windows)
- Google Chrome ≥ v56 (Mac)
- Microsoft Edge ≥ v79 (Windows)
- Safari (latest version supported by the listed macOS/iOS versions)
Camera Requirements
For accurate motion tracking, the user’s device camera shall meet the minimum following specifications:
- Minimum resolution: 1280×720 (720p)
- Frame rate: ≥ 30 frames per second
- Camera access enabled in browser settings
Network Requirements
Stable internet connection is required for real-time feedback and data synchronization.
