# Normative Values Reference

## These benchmarks support clinical comparison across range of motion, proprioception, and motor control tests.

Based on measurements of 35 asymptomatic subjects aged 18-50 years (female/male = 18/17, age = 34.2 ± 8.1 years).

### **Range of Motion Test**

| Flexion | 56.5° | 10.3° |
| Extension | 69.5° | 11.8° |
| Rotation Left | 71.9° | 7.4° |
| Rotation Right | 74.3° | 8.8° |
| Lateral Flexion Left | 42.9° | 7.4° |
| Lateral Flexion Right | 43.0° | 7.1° |

### **Joint Position Error Test**

Mean Error (all directions): 4.0° (SD: 2.0°)

### **The Butterfly Test - Deviation**

| Easy | 0.8° | 0.2° |
| Medium | 1.3° | 0.3° |
| Hard | 2.0° | 0.4° |
