Having trouble connecting your NeckCare™ sensor via Bluetooth? This guide walks you through how to resolve common Bluetooth issues, including pairing with Windows 11, failed connections, and sensor behavior.
Before you begin, make sure

Sensor is charged (battery >10%)

Sensor is powered ON (LED flashes yellow)

Only one sensor is active during pairing

Bluetooth is enabled on your device

You are using a supported browser and system (Chrome or Edge, Windows 10+, macOS Yosemite+)

General Connection Steps (All Systems)

Power ON the NeckCare™ sensor

Wait for the yellow blinking LED (Bluetooth advertising mode)

In the NeckCare™ platform:

Click the sensor icon (top-right corner)

Click “Connect Sensor”

Select “Movella DOT” → Click Pair

Sensor LED will flash red rapidly upon successful pairing

The system will confirm connection with a message:
“The sensor is now connected.”
Is your laptop or PC older than 2016?
To connect the NeckCare sensor, your device needs to support Bluetooth 5.0, which came out in 2016. If your laptop or PC is older than a 2016 model or doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth, you may need a separate Bluetooth adapter to connect the sensor.
Tip: If your device doesn’t support Bluetooth 5.0, you can purchase a compatible Bluetooth adapter. Here’s an example.
Resetting the Sensor
If the sensor becomes unresponsive:

Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 11 seconds

Release and press again for 2 seconds to power ON
