Quick Start Guide

Before First Use

1. Activate the Sensor

The sensor is shipped in "Transport Mode." Plug it into the charging cable to activate before first use.

2. Perform Advanced Calibration

Before first use, calibrate the sensor using the Movella DOT App:

1. Download the Movella DOT App (Google Play or App Store)
2. Power on the sensor and connect via Bluetooth
3. Go to Measure & Collect > Sensor Configuration > Set to 60 Hz
4. Go to Advanced > Magnetic Field Mapper
5. Rotate the sensor slowly in all directions until complete

Starting an Assessment

Step 1: Log In - Access app.neckcare.com and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Select or Add Patient - Click Patients in the menu, select existing or add new.

Step 3: Start Session - Select Assessments or Exercises tab, click New Session.

Step 4: Power On and Connect Sensor - Power on sensor (hold ON/OFF 2 seconds), click Connect Sensor.

Step 5: Calibrate - Keep headgear on flat surface, click Calibrate.

Step 6: Position Patient - Seat patient in firm chair with back support.

Step 7: Fit Headgear - Expand headgear, place on patient, tighten with dial.

Step 8: Conduct Assessment - Follow on-screen instructions.

Step 9: View Results - Click View Results after completion.
