Range of Motion Test
This section describes the NeckCare Range of Motion test, outlining its purpose, movement directions, default settings, and how results are interpreted using normative values and color-coded ranges.
Purpose
Assess mobility of the cervical spine. Patient moves into maximum position for selected movements.
Movement Directions
Flexion/Extension (Sagittal plane), Left/Right Rotation (Transverse plane), Left/Right Lateral Flexion (Frontal plane)
Default Settings
All movement directions, sequential order by plane, 2 repetitions per direction.
