Windows 11 Bluetooth Connection

If your computer is using Windows 11, the NeckCare sensor must first be paired before connecting through the NeckCare Platform.

Step 1: Click Search icon and type "Bluetooth"

Step 2: Click "Bluetooth and other device settings"

Step 3: Ensure Bluetooth is ON, click "Add device"

Step 4: Select "Bluetooth"

Step 5: Power on the NeckCare sensor

Step 6: Select "Movella DOT" from the list

Step 7: The sensor is now paired

If sensor doesn't appear: Navigate to Bluetooth & devices > Devices > Device settings, change Bluetooth devices discovery from Default to Advanced.
