We are currently working on adding a “Delete patient” function, in the meantime this is a short instructional article on how to differentiate duplicate patients.
Step 1: Find patient name
Start on the Dashboard, and use the search bar to “Quickly navigate” to the duplicate patient profile.
Step 2: Update patient name
Click on the “Settings” tab where you can edit the patient’s name. Add a familiar label, like a prominent symptom or the type of injury, that will help distinguish the patient from others with the same name, (e.g. John Smith, Dizziness or Jane Doe, MVA).

Step 3: Save
Once you've edited the patient’s name to your liking press the “SAVE” button or press enter on your keyboard. For changes to take effect they must be saved. Repeat this process with any other duplicates for your convenience.
