How to create your clinic or organization

To set up your clinic or organization on the NeckCare platform, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Inbox: You’ll receive an email with a one-time link to create your organization. 

  2. Once you’ve signed up, a window will appear asking you to enter your clinic or organization name.

  3. If you have multiple clinics, check the box for multiple locations. You’ll then be able to enter the names for each clinic. 

    • Organization Name: Your main organization name
    • Clinic 1 Name
    • Clinic 2 Name (if applicable)

  4. After naming your clinics, click Continue to complete the setup

Your organization or clinic is now created, and you’re ready to start using NeckCare!
