Troubleshooting Guide

This article provides guidance for diagnosing and resolving common NeckCare sensor issues, including Bluetooth connectivity, calibration errors, battery and charging problems, and wireless interference.

 

Sensor Connection Issues

Sensor not in Bluetooth list:

Ensure sensor is ON (yellow LED), only one sensor broadcasting, Bluetooth enabled on computer.

Windows 11: Change Bluetooth devices discovery from Default to Advanced.

Sensor Not Responding

Reset: Hold ON/OFF for 11 seconds, then power on (hold 2 seconds).

Won't turn on: Connect to charger, wait a few minutes, try again.

 

Calibration Issues

Basic calibration fails: Disconnect, restart sensor, ensure flat stable surface, don't touch during calibration.

Advanced calibration fails: Restart process, rotate slowly, stay away from metal/electronics.

 

Low Battery

Below 10%: Recharge before assessment.

Below 2%: Sensor turns off automatically.

 

Charging Issues

Red LED flashing 8x/second: Battery overheating. Stop charging, allow to cool, contact NeckCare.

Wireless Interference

Disconnect other Bluetooth devices. Keep RF equipment 30+ cm away. Relocate away from interference sources.
