Welcome to your new NeckCare™ System! Here’s what you’ll find when you unbox your device and important safety information to keep in mind.

What’s Included:

The NeckCare System™ comes with two main components: the NeckCare Device and access to the NeckCare Platform.

Here’s what you’ll find inside the box:

1. NeckCare Sensor – The core of your NeckCare device, used to capture data and provide accurate assessments.
2. NeckCare Headgear – Specially designed to securely hold the sensor in place during use.
3. USB Charging Cable – To keep your NeckCare™ sensor charged and ready for use.

• Choking Hazard: This product contains small parts that can be a choking hazard. Keep all parts away from children.
• Battery Warning: The device contains a rechargeable Button or Coin Cell Battery, which can pose a severe health risk if swallowed or ingested. Keep the device and any parts away from children.
• Keep the device at least 6 inches away from the chest of users with pacemakers.
